Re: Wanted: M J Nagy fly reels
Hi. I'm guessing this will get moved to the for sale/wanted forum. I have two Mosquitos' - one of which is not in very good condition. Took me several years to find the good one after stumbling across the first one and figuring out what it was and what it might be compared the the Precisionbilts'. However, I don't plan on parting with them in the short term until I learn more about the reels (part of the reason for collecting) - Unless, of course, someone comes forward with a Key West or Ensenada... I'm not aware of any others reels made by Nagy other than the Mosquito - but its a big world out there.
I would appreciate any info you discover on these reels, possibly leading to an article to educate everyone at some point. If you send me your email, I'll send you the pics of the Precisionbilt Silver Moth box and box papers to help maintain your interest in these reels. C

Still looking for a M J Nagy like the Precisionbilt. I have currently a Preceisionbilt Moth (silver) and
2 Presesionbilt Mosquito's in very good conditions (light copper color) as part of my collection. My
favorite is my Reuben Heaton (Brass w/ the fishing scene's embossed on both sides of reel).
