Hey Harvey; You ever heard of a Shakespeare Muskegon No. 1880
Just got a bakelite fly reel marked Shakespeare Muskegon No. 1880 I looked up in several reel books and couldn't find it. Probably million's of them out there, but first I came across. I collect skeleton and bakelite fly reels if anyone has something I don't have. Thanks for any info Harvey! Larry

Larry,
No, there are not millions out there, Infact, they aren't that common. They were in the catalogues in the late 30's for a couple years. There are three of them, The #1880 Muskegon, the #1881 Jordan and the #1882 Manistee. All three are bakalite. Nice find! Now find me a box for it and the 1882! (I have all three reels and a box for the Jordan.)
