"SBBMA" refers to a Stream Black Bass Management Area. This medal is dated 1951. The Buffalo Anglers Club has been around since the 20s and the medal looks better in person than in the picture, which is much larger than the 1-1/8" medal. The letter "F" is engraved on the back.
