*WTB*...all green Zebco 202 combo. rod was metal. I was 12 yrs old when my grand pa bought it for me. caught a lot of fish with that zebo 202. I pass it on to my son which he miss placed it. the fishin pole had centmintial value to me . I wasn't very happy with him since my 10 year old grandson loves to fish and my son was supposed to pass the pole to him. if anyone has one to sell please email me ***email address removed***
thanks
Bright (kelly) green, dark (forest) green, 2 tone light front/dark back, dark green w/bright green "ZEBCO 202" band, & a couple others.
How about a circa to possibly narrow it down a little?

1973 if I remember it was bright Kelly green. do you or anyone know if zebco made a rod. I know the combo I had was the rod is green metal one piece. I think it had a cork handle and not the plastic handle
Hmmmm, I don't remember ever seeing a metal rod made by Zebco. Especially in the 70's. Sure it was a Zebco rod? I'm not home right now and can't go out and look at my stuff to see, or look at any catalogs. I could be wrong because I don't remember a lot of things anymore. I think all of the older Zebco rods I have are fiberglass.

from what I can remember it was in a package given to me by my grandpa I know it wasn't a 2 piece rod had a cork handle green rod from what I can remember I think it was metal for some reason?
I'm with Tom M, I've never seen a metal Zebco rod. I have, though, seen a lot of green fiberglass rods and combos in different Zebco models with cork grips. They were fairly popular in the early to mid 70's.

I think I might have what you are looking for NIP, but it isn't for sale. I will look to see if I have an extra one out of the package when I get home, but that may not be until tomorrow or Monday. I may have an extra rod like the one Kingfisher found on Ebay, but I'm not sure that it is the one you want, or if the rod is all green.
