Dania Beach, Florida - June 17, 18, 19 & 20 2015
~ Schedule of Events & Thing To Do ~

Wednesday June 17

Check In and Meet & Greet: In the Marriott Lobby and adjacent meeting rooms. 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm
Silent Auction Donations will be accepted and set up at this time.

Thursday June 18

Morning - Breakfast 8:00 am - 9:30 am followed by room trading.
Afternoon - Fishing Contest – Deep Sea Fishing aboard the “Helen S”.
~ Fishing Trip will be from 1 pm until 5 pm – We will be meeting in the motel lobby at 11:45 am to leave for the boat at 12:00 noon - DON'T BE LATE!
Cost $40.00 per person, contemporary tackle included or bring your own vintage rod & reel for the ultimate experience and to be eligible for the contest.

~ For those not fishing, there will be room trading in the motel or choose an activity from the list below.
Dinner – Every Man For Themselves
Evening – Room Trading

Friday June 19

Morning – 7:00 am to 8:00 am Breakfast with the Board – Marriott Restaurant located in the lobby.
8:30 am to 11:00 am Casting Contest & Ugly Reel Throwing Contest.
Afternoon – Lunch 11:00 am to 12:30 pm
Afternoon Seminars: IGFA Library Tour 12:30 pm followed by seminars at the Marriott - To Be Announced
Evening – 6:00 pm ORCA Annual Banquet at the Islamorada Fish Company Restaurant Located within walking distance in The Bass Pro Shop.
Night – Room Trading

Saturday June 20

All Day Saturday - Old Reel Collectors Convention at The Bass Pro Shop
Show hours from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm – Set-up 8:00 am until 10:00 am - Show Will Be Open to the Public from 10 am to 2:00 pm
Lunch – Islamorada Fish Company or Marlin Bar Inside Bass Pro Shops
Breakdown from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm
Dinner – On Your Own
About The Show - We will be setting up and displaying at the Bass Pro Shop on Saturday and ORCA as a club has committed to remain set up there until 2:00 pm. Also - The public has been invited to attend the show and will be bringing in their old tackle for appraisal and to be auctioned on Saturday.

I'm on a long-planned family vacation, but a look at that agenda makes me really wish I was at the annual convention. I hope everyone has a great time.
