I don't have a parts list. It is the part that keeps the handle from turning backward. Thanks for the reply.

If it's the Garcia Mitchell 410, that would more than likely just be the anti-reverse spring, but possibly the dog or entire lever assembly. The dog is pt. #81-087 and many of the springs are interchangeable. Replacement parts are not difficult to obtain.

The newer Mitchell (only) 410's were a completely different setup.
