Catalogs or fliers for Nep-Tuna Co. Los Angeles Ca.
I know this topic has been talked about before but has anyone ever seen or owned a catalog showing Nep-Tuna's products. Also I was told by a guy in Ca. that Nep-Tuna made both a 14/0 and a 16/0 cradle and that he had actually seen them ??? Has any one ever seen or heard of either ? There is very little info out there about Nep-Tuna Co. or products !! Please let me know about any info you might have. Thanks John Taylor

Hi John, Years ago l did see paperwork for Nep-Tuna cradle frames. It was in the Mike Popowich collection but he's passed some time ago. I know his collection was sold through Langs. His interest was serious Penn tackle. He also had a ridiculous paper collection with tons of early Penn and the Nep-Tuna catalog. Not sure how it will help but can confirm they do exist if listed in a Langs auction. Tight Lines Nick in NY

Mike C's research came up with a Newspaper article dated 1964 which stated 12/0 was the largest.
Larger cradles may have came later but 12/0 is the biggest i have seen to date.
