What a wonderful/wonderfilled time we had down at Columbia Lakes! As a bride of Alan, I new I was in for a good time, but THIS was the greatest! I got the opportunity to run every day, watch all of you FISH with old reels and tackle, meet wonderful people that also included WOMEN (Laurie and Lorraine) that are interested in "the quest" and get to know a whole lot more about reel collection. I really appreciated all of you who understood my no-knowledge approach, and took the time to explain the nuances. Harvey G., thanks for the time on the boathouse with all of your stories; to Harvey M., thanks for all of the smiles and the good jokes, to Dan B. for the wonderful mag that makes me want to GO THERE (okay, probably not THIS year..), and a very special thanks to Tom and Kathy Eidson for their wonderful event. I told Alan that I could move to Southeastern Texas, but after the report of the weather the day after, I'm not sure. Any takers for Baker, Oregon?
