A fantasy brass reel mystery solved?

I have seen a bunch of these lately. I always assumed they were fantasy reels made in India/Pakistan etc. to fool collectors into thinking they are antique or ancient (but the use of the numeric fraction symbol is a dead give-away). Today a collector told me the "writing" is Bengali and it says "Moon Wheel Bangladesh". Case closed IMHO. Fools gold!
