Reels in the collection of Vincenzo Agozzino - Italy

Post by Paul M »

To help promote membership in ORCA, I have been posting pictures of reels from the collections of ORCA members on the ORCA Facebook page (BTW - thanks to members for providing me with your reel pictures). A reel collector in Italy by the name of Vincenzo Agozzino saw the posts and decided to send some of his pictures to the ORCA Facebook messaging system and to me. He is trying to get on here to post himself but in the meantime, following are some of the pictures he has posted. If you are into prototype spinning reels, you will want to get in contact with Vincenzo.

To try and keep it organized, I will post pictures in comments to this post.

 Those are AWSOME!

I'm jealous! Since early fixed spool/thread-line fishing was so prominently developed in the UK & western Europe there's a lot of rare & cool early spinning reels in collections over there. Thanks for posting! :cool
Love those Open Face Spinning Reels! (Especially ABU & ABU/Zebco)

I am sure Vincenzo will get on here and say hello and maybe share additional comments when he gets access sorted out.
