Money is not required up front, but we'll take your name, contact information, and email ahead of time. We'll contact you for pre-order books when they come in. If you want to pick up the book at Nationals from Dr. Todd Larson he will be there or you can have it mailed for an additional $4.00. Payment options will be arranged with Dr. Todd once we are able to confirm if enough books can be ordered. Payment information is not necessary right now.
Books will also be available in a softcover format, but at the moment I do not have the price for you. Stay tuned for further details.
