Jupiter 2212 Shakespeare? and maybe a value?

i read about shakespeare a while back, and i know he created the first spool free reel. i want to get into collecting some early shakespeare if any one has anything for sell. i would like 1930s or earlier please, thanks so much?

The #2212 Jupiter first showed up in Shakespeare's 1930 catalog. It only sold for a couple years, so it is a rather desirable model for many collectors. I notice the tail plate on yours has been bent at some point, which really affects value. Condition is the most important factor in just about any area of collecting. Good luck.
