If your library files won't open . . .

Depending upon what combination of web browser and operating system you are using, files from the library may download without a file extension. If that happens, the files are still usable, but you will need to manually add ".pdf" to the filename so that your computer recognizes it as a PDF. "Telling" your computer the downloaded files are PDF's, should correct your problem!
