In honor of their 70th anniversary of fishing reel manufacturing and the 65th anniversary of the Zebco 33 reel, Zebco will be manufacturing a high-quality, limited edition version of the 33, the 33N-70Ann. Only 500 of these reels will be made, in total. All ORCA members who attend the National Convention in Tulsa will receive one of these instant-collectibles, courtesy of Zebco. But it gets better! Unique to ORCA, the reels we receive will be in a box that carries a special ORCA designation.

You are right about that! My first "heavy duty" reel I received as a kid was a Zebco 808. I used it many years for everything from bass to carp to bluefish, and it performed splendidly. Unfortunately, it met it's match when I snagged and wrestled with a large manta ray for 30+ minutes. The nylon gears didn't like that.
