Does anyone have information an 80 yard Seroco Expert reel? I found nothing using "search".

Appears to be one of endless trade reels produced by Montague City Rod Co., this one for Sears, Roebuck & Co. It's one for Sears I've never seen, though. Nice. A jeweled version of your Expert is shown here in Sears' 1908 catalog.
