No more fishless days!
With the right programming, this thing can be forced to attack your bait.

BIG problem here in Florida. The Lion fish here is considered an invasive species. It is engulfing large quantities of bait fish with its enormous appetite. It also reproduces like crazy! We have, at various times throughout the year, Lion fish rodeos, where sportsman spear, net and fish for them. Awards are given to the most fish collected. It is actually a requirement to destroy all Lion fish catches when fishing. Using a lion fish shaped bait would really raise some eyebrows! I say,, SHRIMP! Now we would have a bait!

Re: No more fishless days!
what's a fishless day?

Re: No more fishless days!
A more careful reading would reveal that an angler could bring his robot fish to his favorite fishing hole, program it to bite at the worm dangling from his hook, toss it into the water, and then cast his line. Maybe it would be more aesthetically pleasing to have a salmon-shaped robofish.Using a lion fish shaped bait

BTW, fishless does not mean fishingless.

Confluence of the Guadalupe forks - the landowners let fishermen hike the bank - they treat it as a neighborhood common.

Most people don't make the intrepid wade from the highway to find this
(have to cross over, chest-deep before that next tailout).

We love our Texas brook trout - this is a lunker endemic bass

but bigger fish have also been found here

Great, now robot lionfish are going to take over the world. They can move into fresh water where their fleshy brothers cannot.
