Has anyone ever read an ebook on antique fishing tackle.
Has anyone ever wrote an ebook on the same subject.
I have a project and I am thinking of putting it on an ebook.
Any thoughts help or advise.
Many thanks.

Re: E books
I read about 50 Kindle books per year. I think almost all the collector researchers here use digital and web resources for research, and many catalogs are present. A quick search of Amazon Kindle books shows a good sample.

I think many authors consider whether it is worth the cost to publish hard cover for a limited audience. I think many are thinking of publishing to the web only or other digital formats. I still appreciate both, and am glad that hard copy presses continue. But I also think much of the future material that is very narrow may be destined for digital.

Re: E books
Many thanks Matt I have followed the link and it's interesting. I have also looked at what Amazon pay in Royalties and for books up to $9.99 its 70% I think beyond that its 35% which I think deters publishers from putting expensive books on Amazon.
I am checking out Apple which between them and Amazon have about 70% of online book sales.
For novels we almost exclusively use Kindle, I have bought a few cookery books on Kindle as they are cheaper and we have limited room to store them, I can't even buy a new shirt, if I do the first question is whats going out of the wardrobe?
I need a new Jacket, no you don't you want a new Jacket, just decide which one is going.
Thankfully there are no rules about reels and tackle. I was asked don't you have enough reels, I quoted my friend "You can never have enough reels"

Re: E books
There's another great quote between two collectors when one asks the other about his large collection. "Dang, you got a large collection. How many do you have to have?" And the response was "Well, how many did they make."
