Does anyone know who made a jeweled level wind casting reel that says " Made For L.L.Bean"
Thanks,

Tough without photos, as there could be more than one maker.

+1 for Horton. This reel is a Bristol No. 77 labeled for Bean. Horton also produced fly reels and a spinning reel for L.L. Bean, all of which were from the previously existing Bristol reel line and simply marked for Bean.
Wanted: Horton, Bristol & Meek reels, reel boxes, and catalogs!!!!

Phil,
I would suggest you reach out to Dick or Mat from ORCA Repairmen page to see if they have the pawl, but ask for a pawl for a Bristol 77.
