Interesting YouTube video on Farlow tackle (founded 1840)

Post by Mike N »

This is part of a collector’s educational series posted by Thomas Turner Fishing Antiques Co. on British tackle. Our ORCA experts should think about doing a similar American reel series to promote the hobby. A 5-minute video on the various categories of vintage American reels would be a neat contribution.

John knows his UK tackle. I checked and he has 38 YouTube videos on different vintage tackle. He used to come to the Daytona Show, but haven't seen him in years.

Very nice! Thanks for sharing this Mike. Another great way to pass time while in isolation. Bryce

You are lucky Ron I see him 3 or 4 times a year!

Seriously he is still active and we speak regularly, he like me is still alive and looking forward to the end of lockdown.
