After Almost a Year, I Finally Got My Boat Dock Completed

Post by RonG »

There were unfortunate delays due to builder's illness and finding workers to help him. But it finally got done. All I need now is Pontoon Boat and I'll be good. The view of the lake is from my back patio.

I'm on Lake Reedy. That's the town of Frostproof on the other side of the lake.

Wow, what a great setup! And you can keep the boat on the lake and out of the water when not in use.... thats a biggie! No bigger pain than pulling a boat in and out between adventures!

What a terrific dock and setting! Now there's time to redesign that tree.

Nice Ron. I wish our wonderful state of Maryland would allow roofs, boathouses or other structures on my piers. Been outlawed since 1979. Doug

Ron, I just saw this thread. It’s really a beautiful dock and you deserve it. I’ll never forget the fantastic smell from the orange groves in Frostproof when one of my sons played a few college spring trip baseball games nearby. There are few better places on earth. Enjoy that retirement, brother.

Wasn't this featured on the Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous: The ORCA Edition.

Very nice Ron. I could get used to that view.
