It will all depend on how many swamp retiles he knows. If he knows the right ones he'll get off scot-free. If he annoys the wrong ones he'll get bankrupted even if he's not guilty of anything.

Sadly, apparently so. Well... there is supposed to be such a thing as rule-of-law. Which doesn't seem to be too popular with some people, notably the greedy, the desperate, and the ignorant. What a team they can make, all working together! The recipe for a "swamp", or worse.
