Don’t know maker of this reel.
This reel has baffled me. It looks to be 4/0 or 6/0 in size. The only markings are a TS on the end plate.

Some suggested Australian but no confirmation and Dr Larson thought post war CA..

Let's look at it in a different light. Is it TS. or. ST
Seems to me the "T" being larger would be the last letter,
