It has been discussed before but i don’t know whether it was ever resolved:

Some suggested Australian but no confirmation and Dr Larson thought post war CA..

Let's look at it in a different light. Is it TS. or. ST
Seems to me the "T" being larger would be the last letter,
Star Talbot??
