I am looking for a couple of spools (2) for a collection I need to complete. I put together a tackle box circa 1905-1915 with everything you would find in it pre 1920. I have a really nice calcutta bamboo casting rod with a 1914 South Bend 1131-A on it. I would like to put a spool of line on the rod and reel and have another for the tackle box. This is all I need to complete my pre 1920 collection. I will be starting a new tackle box with rod and reel 1920-1940 next. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am looking to spend 40 to 50 dollars shipped.
Thanks, Robert

Re: Japanese Silk Line Pre 1920
Fin & Fame usually has circa 1900 Japanese silk line for sale. Here’s a spool offered at $15.[Seller describes as: “..1910 - 1934 ORIENTAL brand Japanese silk casting line was sold by the wholesale hardware distributor Hibbard, Spencer, Bartlett, & Company of Chicago (1882 - 1962) under their "house brand" name REV-O-NOC. This line was manufactured by the B. F. Gladding Line Company of South Otselic, New York (est. 1816).]

Same seller has this one in their store listed for $20.[Seller describes as “..rare 1914 IDEAL ASSORTMENT brand Japan silk braided line was manufactured by the W. H. (William Henry) Draper & Son Company (est. 1865) of Troy New York.”]
