Large spinning reel, logo gone, but the inlay remains. Cannot identify.

Post by Kraasch »

I found this large spinning reel in an antique shop, frozen up with dried out grease. She’s all cleaned up and purring like a kitten (better than in photo) but I have yet to find a part number or ‘made in’ stamp or anything other than the hole where the logo used to sit.

Little help? (I’m new at this, don’t laugh)

I agree. Do a search, there's plenty to compare against.
Love those Open Face Spinning Reels! (Especially ABU & ABU/Zebco)

Roddymatic- from the fish medallion that has fallen off. Maker of some heavy but interesting reels.

Ayup! 910. I have one too. Distinctive innards. Stick-on’s seem to fall off these reels.
