Not sure this adds to anything we know or don't know about the rare Orlando 6/0 reel, but I purchased this one, and it came with the box, which was missing the label, and the sales receipt showing the date it was sold. Note the buyer put $5 down on the reel. I also have the final receipt from a week later showing the balance had been paid off. The reel was sold in March of 1936.
This reel is silky smooth, heavy, and impressively well-built.

John, I was waiting for somebody to ask me about that jig! It is a Catalina Island pottery jig. They were made by a pottery company actually located on the island, and yes, they were made of pottery.
