Oh Canada?

Looking for info about a Canadian-made Eckmier skeleton-style fly reel. I posted a note on the "For Sale" board, although the reel is NOT for sale. Tony, one of our Canadian collector colleagues (CCC?) had made a posting seeking Canadian reels. I'll paste the photo links here and anyone who knows anything about it might be kind enough to share their wisdom. Thanks!
