I know I've seen a reel like this before but don't know the maker. It has a nice hard-rubber front plate, a stylish serpentine handle and an interesting little drag/click mechanism. By turning the round button you engage or disengage the click. It's marked 40 under the foot, which has been brutally filed on one end. Any ideas on the maker?
