Ocean City 300, part SC-162

Post by PaulLuikart »

Hey, all. I am restoring an Ocean City 300 spinning reel. Been a lot of fun. But, I discovered, I think, that the yoke shaft assembly is snapped (see pic.) Wondering where I might get ahold of that part. On the schematic, it's part SC-162. Any thoughts or ideas are appreciated. Thanks!

Huh. Not sure why the pic didn't attach. Alright, hopefully this will work.

That's going to be a tough find. OC spinning reel parts are few and far between. A donor reel to cannibalize will probably be your best bet.

Ah, right. I wondered if that might be the case. Any that you'd suggest?
