I picked this up this little reel from the big auction site and need a bit of help with the ID. I have some thoughts but am not sure. Reel is 2 1/8” diameter, spool is 1 1/2” wide, #4 on the foot. Any help is greatly appreciated.

It's a Julius Vom Hofe reel.
