Yes it is but not 100%
Pat 79-83 is the only one with drag adjuster on handle side
Early Pat 83 is often all nickelsilver and don’t have spring ball oiler . Later ones has .
Later Pat 83 and 96 is very much the same
Pat 02 have thicker sideplates than early reels and the characteristic drag adjuster
