I just received my online Fall 2023 edition of the Journal of the American Museum the Fly Fishing. There’s a great article by our own Richard Lodge titled “The Old Man and the Stream,” as well as a photograph on page 27 of curator and ORCA Honorary Life Member Jim Schottenham giving a tour to our club members. It’s all just fantastic.

Thanks for the kudos, Mike. I appreciate it. Still waiting for my copy to arrive in the mail. I was glad to give the OK for the magazine to use the photo of Jim giving the tour to many ORCA members when we visited the AMFF, too.

The article by Richard “The Old Man and The Stream” is not only beautifully written but a real heartfelt tribute to a gentleman. Maybe Richard should publish it in TRN! I agree with Mike, the Fall issue is great.
