D.A.M TROLLING REEL MADE IN ITALY? I’m confused?

Trying to find out the scoop on this D.A.M. reel. Possible trade reel. It’s around 9/0 in size and very well built.
Z 70 with a seahorse on the emblem.
This one is “not” black. It’s marbled on the handle and side plates.
Also would like to know how the “A’ and “C” Take-a- part.

They're from the 1950s made in Italy and sold mostly in Rome. You can read about them here. You'll need to translate the page to English.

I've seen nothing there that references DAM. DAM products were made in Germany, not Italy. Where did you come up with that? I don't see any evidence to that in your pics?

The reel is identical to a DAM except the color and the label. The shape size and features are the same. That’s why I’m referring D.A.M.

Here is a pic of a D.A.M. Trolling reel. Someone did a copy, either DAM or the Italy maker. Not sure which came first.

OK, I understand now. It was just an assumption & comparison to another reel.
