Penobscot River smallmouth bass-part 2

Post by Penobscot Bill »

the mighty Penobscot was 36 degrees today and I only lasted a little over one hour-ice in the guides-anchor rope froze in a coil-hooked but lost two smallies and had two other bites-fishing on the bottom in 20-25' just off the main current-we all do have a lot to be thankful for, right? I've convinced the bride to serve the turkey early, just in case I want to go fishing again. Is that a good wife or what? Hope you all have a REEL good Thanksgiving.
