Ofmer Spool for sale

I am offering a Ofmer 142 spare spool for sale, I was hoping someone could educate me on the rarity and value of this spool.
I have looked all over and can only find a picture of an Ofmer 140 made in Italy. Thanks in advance for your help. I collect vintage lures and often come across old reels that I can identify. This one has got me stumped, new member from Pa.
