Groundhogs (does anyone call them Woodchucks?) are great for predicting the long tern weather. But for current conditions, we rely on this!




What about the temperature, you may ask? Simple. we just stick our hand out the door for 30 seconds then bring it back in! If:

it's red & sweaty- it's hot
it's blistered- it's REAL hot!
makes you want to go to a flea market looking for old tackle- it's nice!
it's blue- it's cold
you can't feel your fingers- its REAL cold!
your fingers are black and falling off... ?
