Fishing reel similar to the Ocean City 350

Has anyone ever seen this reel? In your opinion is it a prototype or a handcrafted copy? It weighs a lot, about 300 grams. Thanks for your interest!

Never seen or heard of such an example, but it sure looks like someone's attempt to duplicate Edward Small's Spinalong, maybe Mr. Meyer.

Never seen such a beast. Cool critter. As Tom surmised it may be a “Meyer #1”.
