Need a foot for a Horton #4 reel

I started to put a Horton #4 reel together that I have and half way through I realized I don't have a foot. It is the same one that fits a #5 also. A #3 won't work as the holes don't line up.
Collect mostly Ky style reels; Meek, Heddon, Horton, Pflueger Redifor and Worth, etc.
