Confirm that this Penn Bakelite reel exists

Post by japanstones »

First, thank you all ORCA contributors for sharing your passions. Hunting and Fishing is a primal right that exists first in our hearts, and lastly in our souls.

I tend towards fly rods and small stream fishing but I could not resist buying this older Penn reel from a fellow who used to fish the winter slews around the San Francisco North Bay. Is there anyone here who could identify the model of this reel for me?

best wishes,
Alex

Any help on fitting this reel with a model number would be a great help.

P.S. If the photos do not show up on this submission I will study the method again.

After you find your pics, hit the “upload all” button and assuming. The pics are not too big, they will load… then choose the “regular” url…( the other choice is thumbnail) and then submit
