Problem with ORCA Store Checkout and Library *RESOLVED*

Users have reported problems checking out anything on the store, even the Library items. Unfortunately, this appears to be a software issue caused by an update to our store software. We are working with the vendor to fix it. In the meantime, if you want to use the Library, please use the Library in List and Search format available from the Members Only Area. We should have this fixed early next week. Sorry Randy and Bill and others for the trouble. It sure frustrated some people.

This problem is resolved. It was caused by a defective WooCommerce software update. We have been working with the vendor and finally have this resolved. Just like the massive outage caused by CrowdStrike earlier in the year, we are all vulnerable to vendor software. Going forward, I will be delaying these kinds of updates. The vendor needs to have better testing and configuration management. I apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.
