Is it a Hardy or Ed Vom Hofe reel??

I cnn ot figure out what this thing is. Any advice would be appreciated. It has a Hardy like crank and a Vom Hofe number (355)

It is neither a Hardy nor a vom Hofe. It is a Hart Tackle Co. reel . Orvis sold some with their logo, the Marquessa 3 3/4" diameter and the Umpqua 3 3/8" diameter). If your reel doesn't have the Orvis logo, it was not sold by Orvis. The reel was sold by other retailers, Thomas & Thomas and Fireside Anglers.
