Please Help Identify - Pan American Reel Model 99

I put an Ocean City Bay City in the Box to show scale. Does anyone have any information or own the reel that goes in here? I have searched for along time with no results.

Here is what I found. The only Pan American reel ever listed on ebay was this. To me it looks like an old Montague/Ocean City trade reel. --
