Difference between pflueger summit

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the pfueger summit 1993 and the summit 1983M?

also

I recencently aquired a box for a 1983M and am looking for a reel to fill it so if anyone has one let me know and i'll pay top dollar for a nice one.

Just quickly off the top of my head, I believe the 1993 was a "standard" model and the 1983M was designed for monofilament. Not sure what exactly the physical differences were, if there were any.
