Interested in Dingley? I have an early marked Allcocks Ousel with a D-stamp inside, click-pawl reel. Makes it an interesting reel, since Young was making caliper-drag Ousel's before this, and Young also made many, many click-pawl Ousel's after this. Seems that A.C. Williams was pushing the competition button here a little bit on his suppliers.

Hi Ross
The Boxes (different size so they fit inside each other) started to pop up some 15 years ago in England. They sold at fairly high prices - mainly seperately, due they were considered older than they actually are. Now we see them in antiqueshops in the set - at more realistic prices, and a very reliable antique dealer told me they were produced in Pakistan - from where at lot of other brass replica stuff come from.
A similar story you might have seen, are the fake Moscrop Brass Reels which still are sold as genuine at very high prices. (See this link http://www.drexelantiques.com/moscrop.html)
By the way I just love your (Hardy?) Tuna reel - they were used in our local waters just after WW2 - and the "Tuna King" a very succesfull movie director caught 75 tunas in the 1948 season - 68 of them on rod and reel, Those were the days - now long gone - the tuna finally disappered here mid 60's - but we still see the fantastic tackle appear not and then - great stuff collecting !
Best regards
