Please Help Identify This Record Reel Spool

Can any of the ORCA Members help me identify a Record Spool that has printed Spinning Reel and Swiss Made. The back side has the word
INCA and the number 5614. The diameter of the spool is aprox. 2 inches across the front and 2 3/8 inches across the back.
