Hardy Perfect for display...

I need some trusting ORCAn to loan me a Hardy Perfect for a display I'm planning at the ORCA Convention in Lake George. My display will focus on reels by L.W. Holmes, but I need a Perfect to show a) how Holmes based one of his reels on the look of the Perfect and b) how Holmes' click and pawl drag was inferior to the Perfect, but it made the Holmes reel quite a bit more affordable.
Does anyone have a loaner Perfect I could use (and guard with my life) at the convention? Thanks!

Rich.--I have a 2 7/8" size and also 'The Thompson' Perfect copy made in CA would those help ? If so, will bring along, let me know---Jack

Hi Jack

When you mentioned the Thompson Perfect I kind of jumped. I live in Canada and I know about these reels but I have never seen one. Would it be possible to see some pictures of it. Thank you in adavace

Jack is kind enough to let me use the Thompson in my display and that gives me a great opportunity take photos and possibly include some with a future article on Holmes (and Thompson and Bethel and Hardy and Stuart...) in The Reel News.
