pflueger oceanic with williams star drag

i just found a oceanic in rough shape i am tearing it down for cleaning but don't know how to get star drag apart need a exploded view of reel it also has a strange anti reverse lever on it the star drag says williams on it with a slot for a large screw driver

No way around it - you have to take off that slotted head first before anything else. Here's a schematic:
