A while back I was reading on this site that a Kevin Martin was looking for a Model F or K Reel I called Penn and told them I had both and Mr Martin asked if he could see or Photograph the reel and invited me to come to the Penn Reel plant I went this AM and found that Mr Martin was President of the Company and he gave me a personal tour of the entire Plant. I told him that growing of in Kansas I had always admired the large Penn Reels. Long story short I left the Model K and Mr. Martin carried to my van a Brand new Old stock 16/0 in pre zipcode box with papers. Was a great day for me thanks for reading.
