Help on Bamboo rod

Post by Reelman »

If anybody is up on the price of bamboo rods. Please give me a email. I just got off the phone with a guy I have done some trading before. And would like to give him a fair price. As he has been nice enough to keep giving me first shot at the idem's he has collected over the last 60 to 70 years. It is one of Heddon's better flyrods. He said he bought and never used it.

Fly rods

Length is important here. 7ft. and 7 1/2ft. rods are more valuable, the longer the less $. Model No.s also important, and of course condition very
important, if reconditioned, documentation will add to value. Pics. will
help, original bag and tube also---Jack

Merv: Search eBay for similar rods, or check out my eBay report archives for past sales of Heddon rods.

I think we have it. It plugs right into the formulas on
banjo's home page: (check the makers links on the lower right)
