Mitchell 408G Value

Someone called me today and asked me for the value of a Mitchell 408G. They were made for one year, 1987, for Bass Pro...They only made 1,000 and this one is 160 (the serial number is on it). There is a pin point of gold plating missing from the bail...I saw the reel at the Duncan Show and it is really nice...It doesn't have the box or anything but it does have a spare spool...He was wondering waht the value of the reel is?

Not sure if this will help but I have #106 mint in Cardboard Box and was offered 900 at Allentown last year and turned it down as I believe the reel is that nice I believe it was Mr. Elder that told me a few years back its like money in the bank, anyway not sure what value without box and stuff.

Thanks Bruce...I told the guy 200-300 the way it is but I just wanted to make sure I wasn't way off base...I know it is a Presentation model and more rare than the DL model...Maybe John will chime in when he gets a chance...
