The Reel News was mailed before Labor Day. Should be arriving soon, if the Post Office is willing.

Hello Richard:

The September issue of Reel News arrived here in Washington State today, and once again is a pleasure to read. Thanks to all those good folks who contribute to this fine publication.

And thanks to the USPS for letting the west coast folks be first in line...for a change!

Did they send them all to the west coast and then bring them back east?

Reel News

Post by RAM »

Received mine in Tennessee yesterday. Be patient and all good things will come to you! (Basic BS but what else can you do? The USPS is not prone to rush things unless paid to do so) Bad Bob
PS Great work on the newsletter Richard!

Hey Bob,
I thought they didn't rush things even if they WERE paid to. Just frustrated because my REEL NEWS was able to see the west coast before me!

Naw - Naw - Da-Naw - Naw! Got mine today here is Sunny South Florida, you know, the place where it doesn't snow! Great issue and blurb about South Bend's salt water reels.
And Milt! I can read some of the small words and have a F&W to figure out the ones with more than four letters in them. And another thing. Why do you send people my way hunting Plfueger parts when you know I don't have any. The only thing I have with the Pflueger name on it is Bob Miller and Todd Larson's books and the only reason I have them is because I know both of them could use the money! And I can't wait to get Bob's new one. Is it in the mail yet, Todd?
Anyway, back to the subject. Great issue of the Reel News. Thanks Richard for your work and all that took time to write something for him to publish. Whe does the next issue due?

Hey Harv,

Your book is winding its way through the maze known as the USPS as I write this. As much as you sleep well knowing Shakespeare purchased Pflueger, I am sure you will find the Shakespeare chapter on the Supreme's history very interesting.
